Today, I listened to a podcast about Veganism and Vegetarian. They talked about veganism.
Can you explain the difference between Veganism and Vegetarianism? Vegetarians don't eat only meat, but vegans don't eat meat, dairy or eggs. They avoid animal-based stuff. It is said that it's a tough transition to a vegan. However, it is good for our health and environment. Animal agriculture is the second largest contributor to human-made greenhouse gas emissions after fossil fuels. Humans are carnivorous, but every little bit counts. We should try doing "No-meat Mondays", Veganuary, or even just cut back on animal products you don't really like. Let's try cutting down the amount of meat!
Veganism may be good for the earth's environment. But does it have any negative effects on the human body?
